A bit about me

Hi, I'm Ysmaën, a Graphic Designer specialising in brand-led marketing and communication design. I studied Graphic Design at Kingston University and later earned a Web Design certification from Birkbeck, University of London. I collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and clients to translate brand guidelines into clear, engaging communications that resonate with audiences.

I’ve worked in-house and freelance, producing assets and collateral, refreshing identities, evolving visual systems, and applying them consistently across print, digital, and in-store experiences. I focus on clarity, consistency, and meaningful impact, ensuring design supports both brand and business goals, while allowing space for creative thinking and experimentation when appropriate.

What I can do

Deliver integrated marketing communications across print, digital, and in-store experiences  -  Research briefs, develop concepts and iterations through to final delivery  -  Work within brand systems, ensuring consistency across touchpoints  -  Create retail and experiential graphics (POS, signage, wayfinding, exhibitions)  -  Design brochures, magazines, presentations, datasheets & specifications  -  Produce digital assets including content for the web and social assets  -  Maintain websites  -  Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Tools

Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver - Simple animations & editing: Canva, In-Shot  - HTML/CSS - Conceptual photography, art direction + illustration (hand/vector)  -  User research & insight gathering  - Experienced with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) - Digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Slack, Google Meet) - CRM systems (Salesforce for customer account management)

Languages -  Fluent in French, English and Italian, with basic Mandarin -  Experienced working across cultures and international audiences
